INGREDIENTS:
250g (1 ⅔ cups) Mixed nuts
1 tsp Melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon Chilli powder
1 large Pinch of salt
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 140 °C (Gas Mark 1, 275°F)
In a large bowl add all the ingredients. Using your hands toss the nuts through the spices and modern nature until the spices are evenly coating the nuts.
Pour the coated nuts into a tray and bake for 20 minutes. Once baked remove the nuts from the oven and leave to cool completely.
Once cooled store the sweet chilli roasted nuts in a jar, they will keep for up to 1 month.
